Women’s Oncology Foundation of Greater Chattanooga
The Women’s Oncology Foundation of Greater Chattanooga was established to assist women afflicted with a gyn malignancy who live in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. The cost of cancer can be overwhelming. An individual’s care can include Surgery, Chemotherapy, Radiation, Medications and more. This doesn’t include travel expenses such as gas, hotel stays, food or lost pay from missing/taking off from work. The goal of our foundation is to help women who are suffering from a gyn malignancy with some of these ancillary items.

OVARIAN CANCER
An estimated 21,750 new cases are expected in the US in 2016; Approximately 13,940 deaths are expected from uterine cancer this year.
ENDOMETRIAL CANCER
An estimated 65,620 new cases are expected in the US in 2016; Approximately 12,590 deaths are expected from ovarian cancer this year.
CERVICAL CANCER
An estimated 13,800 new cases are expected in the US in 2020; Approximately 4,290 deaths are expected from cervical cancer this year.
VULVA CANCER
An estimated 6,120 new cases are expected in the US in 2020; Approximately 1,350 deaths are expected from vulva cancer this year.
VAGINAL CANCER
An estimated 6,230 new cases are expected in the US in 2020; Approximately 1,420 deaths are expected from vaginal cancer this year.
